Jenn Keenan is the Founder and CEO of Youthful Flow working weekly to keep people in the best mental, physical, and spiritual shape possible through Yoga. Jenn happens to be married to Tomas Keenan, and today, they share a very special episode with you riddled with laughter, and in a couple of spots, some tears.
