Step It Up Entrepreneur

Jun 15, 2022

John Highly didn't predict any of this happening, but he's at the point in his life where he doesn't doubt the possibilities. He has been following his intuition, and it has led him to massive success. I'm excited to have him back on the show this week! He has grown so much since we last spoke in 2020.

What You'll Learn

  • You need to let go and let a higher power move you in the right direction. You don't know everything, so stop pretending like you do and go where it's meant to be. Give it to God.
  • Fear cannot exist where gratitude lives. It is hard at first to retrain your brain to be more thankful, but if you can perfect this, you will live a happier life.
  • When you transform, you become stronger. Anytime John has transformed himself, physically or mentally, he has gained strength by changing himself into something different. There are mourning periods involved with any transformation, so be prepared for that.
  • If you front-load your day you will set yourself up for success.
  • Go deep and get dark, even in the gym. Address your dark side and dig deep to push yourself the extra mile or you'll get the same mediocre results. This is how you grow.
  • You have to love yourself before you can love anyone else and anyone else can love you. It doesn't come from the outside-in. Become selfish for you and "shit will get good". Sometimes that looks like a shift in your schedule to prioritize yourself.
  • If you are not on the journey of self-actualization, you will be mad at other people all the time because you're living like a miserable person. It's Hell on Earth. You have a choice to change.
  • Long-suffering is ignoring all the signs about what you should be doing and you stay in pain.
  • Extreme accountability is the way to go. Stop the excuses.
