Mike Lahiff is the CEO and co-founder of ZeroEyes, an AI weapons detection platform. Mike served as a U.S. Navy SEAL for ten and a half years, joining after the 9/11 terror attacks. During this time he was deployed in multiple missions overseas. He has previously held positions at Comcast and private investment firms. Mike holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BS in Finance from Columbia College.

Our 2021 plan is to get everyone on the same page. Let them get on their feet in 3 to 6 months, and then we will give them the opportunity to grow and become a leader. Everyone's leadership style can be different but as long as you have good communication, you'll get through."
